Cerebral palsy effects every 1 in 400 children either before birth or during early childhood. Young local girl Teigan- Rose Bayliss was only two weeks old when she contracted Meningitis and was hospitalised for a substantial amount of time. It was then discovered that she had developed Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. At such a young age it has been a difficult few years for Teigan-Rose and her family. However, the Stars Foundation has supported them all through such demanding times in order to give Teigan-Rose an opportunity to lead a full and independent life. The charities main aim is to raise awareness of Cerebral Palsy and to buy mobility and educational aids for people who cannot gain help elsewhere. The continued support and ongoing of the charity depends on fundraising and the generous nature of volunteers.

On Friday 24th April The Macebearer are hosting a charity night in order to raise as much money as possible for Stars Foundation for Cerebral Palsy. We have Joe Cook performing his Michael Jackson Tribute, rand much more! Please come along to support such a worthy cause!
