Bury St Edmunds home improvements company Frames Conservatories Direct is celebrating being named Network VEKA’s Best New Member at the organisation’s 2014 awards evening.
The local company recently welcomed Network VEKA’s Brand Ambassador Steve Davis to open their extended, refurbished 150 sq. metre showroom, and it was the Six-Times World Snooker Champion who presented the company’s award on Saturday September 20th.
Frames Conservatories Direct joined Network VEKA in November last year, and hit the ground running with 600 installations in the firt six months. This accolade follows a survey of every customer of every member company across the UK – nearly 16,000 households in total.
Network VEKA is a unique, sectoral standards organisation that only accepts the very best, most professional window and door companies, and then makes sure they stay the best. All prospective members undergo rigorous vetting before being accepted and must agree to regular audits and training. In this way, Network VEKA can be so confident in the quality of its members work that every one is able to offer the organisation’s Ten Year Insurance-Backed Guarantee.
Every single customer – of every single member – completes a confidentia ‘customer satisfaction’ questionnaire which is sent directly back to Network VEKA.
The Best New Member trophy was presented to Adrian Lewis by Steve Davis at Network VEKA’s Gala Dinner and Awards Evening in Nottingham.
Steve said: “This is a fantastic accomplishment, and no doubt a great way to end your firt year as a Network VEKA member. It obviously goes to show just how hard your team works.
