After over indulging through the Christmas period, try this delicious hangover cure you can slurp away to detoxify, rebuild electrolytes, and restore your body’s normal pH levels.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil
240ml Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 small banana
8 tablespoons frozen spinach or kale
8 tablespoons fresh or frozen blueberries
240ml coconut water
Honey and cinnamon to taste
2-3 ice cubes
600ml (1pt) apple cider
6 cinnamon sticks, to garnish
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Mix ingredients together in a blender and serve.
