It’s a Bury Knockout is back with a bang in Bury St Edmunds on Sunday 24th July.
Returning to Hardwick Heath for the fifth year, the popular fundraising event will see local businesses and hospital departments compete against each other to be the Knockout Kings!
Organised by the My WiSH Charity, the event has raised more than £30,000 for our local hospital since it started – and is once again promising to be a great day of thrills, spills and bubbles.
It is not too late to take part with teams consisting of between six to 10 friends, family or work colleagues.
Alongside the Knockout, we will be having some inflatable fun for the kids with the Human Hamster Ball Company and Castle Capers both attending to ensure you are all entertained.
Sue Smith, fundraising manager at My WiSH Charity, said: “We hope you can join us on the day, we have ordered sunshine and it promises to be the best one yet with more team games and fun for all the family.
“There will be food and drink available so bring a picnic mat and make an afternoon of it.
“As well as a great fundraising event, the Knockout is one of the many ways My WiSH Charity celebrates all that is good about our local hospital. We would love you all to be part of that.”
The Knockout is once again sponsored by Enterprise and Barnes Construction.
A team costs a minimum of £500 with money paid as a one-off donation, divided up between members or through small fundraising events such
as a cake sale or quiz night.
