Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club are delighted to announce the completion of the new three lane outdoor cricket nets.

This amazing new facility will enhance the facilities at the Victory Sports Ground.

This is the cumulation of two and a half years of fundraising with a large number of individuals, companies and public bodies supporting the appeal.

We are in particular grateful to the support of Bury Town Council, Richard Rout’s Locality Fund, The Suffolk Foundation and very many individual and corporate donations all have been vital to providing the necessary funds.

Preparation for the 2024 cricket season are well underway commencing with Indoor cricket sessions in January in the South Lee School Sports Centre and these will be posted on the club website www.bsecc.co.uk

Please attend if you wish to play cricket, there are sessions for junior players boys and girls as well as others who just want to enjoy cricket, the club caters for all abilities.

The club welcomes volunteers to support the running of the cricket club and the Victory Sports Ground in general.
