Enjoying your coffee with vitamin E rich almond milk and omega 3 charged chia seeds makes this smoothie superb.

Ingredients
150ml of almond milk
1 banana
1 shot of cold coffee
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla powder

Place everything except the seeds in the blender and blend. Poor into a glass then stir in the chia seeds virgously.  Let this mix sit for 10 minutes stirring every few minutes.  Add some ice and sip it back!
